WOD L1:  Max reps in 8 minutes:

1 min AMRAP of: 4 Thruster (75/55) AMRAP of Double Unders

Rest 1 minute

1 min AMRAP of: 5 Thrusters (75/55) AMRAP Double Unders

Rest 1 minute.

Repeat this patter until you reach

Today is going to be awesome…

The kids are defining awesome in a slightly different way nowadays.  Awesome should now describe that feeling of desperation you get when you have to do Thrusters again, but don’t feel even remotely rested.  Awesome can also be used explain that infuriating feeling you get every time you trip up on Double Unders.  Awesome can be a synonym to frustration, hard, and I-hate-Double-Unders-and-Thrusters.  Antonyms to awesome can usually be defined as fun, home-made, joy, or day-at-the-beach.  Today will also be awesome because we get the third Opens Workout.

Hopefully it won’t be awesome at all,
